Vinification: The result of an accurate blend between the native Glera and Pinot Noir, it comes from a separate vinification of the two varieties in order to obtain their respective best characteristics, which are joined before the second fermentation which takes place in autoclave according to the Charmat method with permanence on the lees for at least 90 days

The aroma is fruity, with scents recalling mixed red berry and cherry jams with a hint of dried flowers. The mouthfeel is impressive transforming sensations of freshness and acidity into a juice of freshly squeezed pomegranate and currant, with some notes of passion fruit.
