This straw yellow wine intrigues from the start, with bright aromas of tropical fruit, melon and lemon curd, which seductively combine with floral scents of jasmine and acacia on the final. The palate demonstrates lovely energy and elegance, with juicy exotic fruit and lemon flavors accented by notes of ginger and a drop of honey. A delicate minerality marks the close.
